Born in England and raised in Kansas City, Eddie found an early calling in the hospitality industry, working for prominent restaurant groups like The Capital Grille and Morton’s of Chicago. In 2005, after returning to Kansas City from Las Vegas, Eddie opened several restaurants to acclaim in the downtown and midtown area. Notable among these are The Drop Bar and Bistro, Blanc Burgers and Bottles, and Ollie’s Local in Martini Corner. A licensed real estate agent in Missouri and Kansas, Eddie strives to bring his sense of hospitality and service to all of his relationships.
